Carlos Rovira

Carlos is a Consultant and Project Director specialized in Rich Internet Applications and the Flash Plataform. He is an Adobe Community Expert and an ACE (Adobe Certified Expert) in Adobe Flex. He has been creating traditional Web Applications and modern RIAs since 1999 in Spain. His large-scale web applications and data-driven websites include well-known clients such as Vodafone, BBVA and DirectLine Insurance. In parallel, his early interest in emerging technologies based on Flash, Flex and Java, allow him to create and maintain his personal blog at carlosrovira.com.

Carlos is also known as the spanish and latino-american user group manager in Made In Flex, a largest Flex and AIR Community co-created with Xavi Beumala in 2006. Additionaly, Carlos has contributed several open source projects like ASDT or international online magazines like ActionScript.org.

Actually, Carlos founded his own enterprise carlosrovira.com and lead a smart group of consultans strongly specialized that offers high quality consultant services and training, as well as advanced architectural solutions for RIA applications based on Flex and Java.

As Gonzalo had always been interested in the creation of rich-media applications, he took advantage of the launch of Macromedia Flex 1.x to deliver rich internet enterprise systems to his customers. Since then, he has specialized in the development of large scale RIA systems with JEE and Flash technologies.

Cesar Gallego

César is an analyst/programmer who has a wide technological background.
César has proven experience developing web sites with different software technologies like XHTML, JavaScript, ASP .NET, JSP, Flash, Flex or Ruby on Rails. Nowadays, his work is focused on the development of Flex Applications and the integration of RIA projects with different backend technologies.

In addition, thanks to his knowledge about systems and networks, César plays a key role in the team managing the IT infraestructure in the company.

Nico Gomez

Nico is a Software Architect who has been building Java Enterprise Applications since Java arrives into the web’s world in December 1999. He has been evolving with each version, adopting new patterns and methodologies as they have been proven in the market.

Nico contributes to projects with expertise knowledge in the product lifecycle, conception, design, realisation and service. Helping clients with the choice of technology, integrating applications with a wide range of enterprise backend systems, producing high availability applications with the highest quality standards.

He has joined carlosrovira.com, and Flex technology, because he thinks that it brings to clients what Java lacks: great performace and productivity in developing web interfaces.
